The Feldenkrais Method
With Feldenkrais you learn to do something simply. Feldenkrais teachings help you refine your ability to move more easily and without undue effort. You can either learn this through playful exercises in a group, or, in an individual session via the hands of a teacher. Both methods will enable you to move more freely, deal more easily with the stresses and strains of everyday life, and to realize your full potential. You will feel freer through improved posture, breathing and movement.
Inspired by the enormous learning ability of young children, Moshé Feldenkrais (1904-1984) developed a concept of how we can use this potential for development in all phases of our lives.
